I keep returning for weekends. The staff's first printing help made a good impression. The hotel perfectly suits my needs, with free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, a bar, and massage services. Plus, the rooms have a flat-screen TV, fridge, and coffee facilities.

The décor at the hotel was charming and made me feel right at home. The gentle lighting and comfortable seating in the lobby and dining areas were perfect for relaxing after a busy day of exploring Tokyo. The hotel's accessibility for senior people was impressive, with clear signage and spacious elevators that made it easy for me to move around the hotel.
I would have appreciated more assistance from the children working there when it came to carrying heavy luggage to and from the airport.

I recently stayed at Shinjuku Prince Hotel for my trip to explore the vibrant Shinjuku area. I spent a few nights at this conveniently located hotel, just a short walk from Shinjuku station. Despite the lively surroundings, my room on the 21st floor provided a peaceful retreat, shielded from the noise. The hotel's proximity to various restaurants made dining out a breeze. The property was clean and well-maintained, and I was pleasantly surprised to find a complimentary mobile device called HANDY in my room, offering free internet and local/international calls for convenient navigation around the city.
I highly recommend this hotel.

We absolutely loved staying at this hotel. It was conveniently located right next to the railways and had everything we needed 24 hours a day. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, always with a smile on their face. We were impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel, and the facilities were top-notch. We particularly liked the variety of restaurants in the area, all within walking distance.
Everything is what we need and want.

Loved the stunning view from the room, it was breathtaking! . the location was perfect, within walking distance to major attractions and amenities.
The room was disappointingly small, barely enough space for our luggage. No kettle in the room, had to trek down the hallway for hot water.

Located in the heart of Shinjuku, this hotel is only a 5-minute walk from the busy Shinjuku station which connects to most of Tokyo. It is also within walking distance to a popular shopping center and Shinjuku's attractions. You can easily immerse yourself in the lively center of Shinjuku with this hotel's convenient location. The rooms are compact but come equipped with all the necessary amenities, such as toothbrushes, hair brushes, slippers, night robes. It also has a fridge, safe, and the best shower with a massage setting.
The hotel prices in the area are unfortunately quite expensive, which may not be ideal for budget travelers.

When we stayed here, we loved the location because we were right next to the railways and lots of eateries and malls. This place is situated over a busy shopping mall, in the good area of the city. The hotel provided an excellent service including dry cleaning, housekeeping, shops/commercial services, laundry. We enjoyed the room amenities with heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, a trouser press. We found the staff welcoming and accommodating. However, one of the Vietnamese receptionists refused our request to bring 2 slices of white bread to our daughter even though we had paid for breakfast.

The rooms at Shinjuku Prince Hotel were so cozy and comfortable. The bedding felt luxurious, and the workspaces were perfect for catching up on some emails. The city views from some rooms were absolutely stunning, and the modern amenities added a nice touch to our stay.
The bathrooms, while functional, felt a bit cramped for our liking.

Prince Marche, the hotel's buffet, was a culinary wonderland. The Western and Japanese food offerings rival each other like sumo wrestlers, providing a gastronomic showdown. The panoramic city views from the Japanese restaurant were like a beautiful painting come to life, making dining an unforgettable experience.
Insane complexity of the subway.

I chose this hotel for attending a congress as it provided all the amenities I needed, including a restaurant, bar, conference room, 24-hour reception, wireless Internet. The location was perfect for accessing the event and exploring the area.
The one service I missed for my work was a dedicated business center with printing and scanning facilities.

Prince Marche’s buffet meals were a delightful mix of Western and Japanese goodness. The Japanese restaurant had city views, perfect for feeling fancy. Great amenities at Shinjuku Prince Hotel – I never had to worry about clean clothes or where to get my caffeine fix.
Oh, yes, who doesn't love carrying heavy luggage through the busy streets? So much fun!
